About Proper Fence

We began our journey out of an inherent love of carpentry. With backgrounds in construction we are no stranger to completing our own renovations and helping friends and neighbors manage their projects. When we built our first fence in 2015 to replace our aged and splintered privacy fence, we wanted to add some character to our property and included some decorative trim work to add depth and standout from your run of the mill privacy fence. Our Neighbors and passers by often commented and requested their own to match. For years we built custom privacy fences as a hobby until we decided to officially start Proper Fence in 2022 as a father-son duo. Since then we've grown to where we are today by helping our clients to design custom tailored options to suit each individuals need.
